Following the successful regeneration of King Square Estate, Higgins Partnerships has completed a further development of private sale and affordable apartments for fellow THF member, Islington London Borough Council.
The new development, Telfer House, replaces a previously expired 1960s residential block and delivers 38 mixed tenure homes, with 60 per cent social rent and 40 per cent private sale apartments.
