THF member The Guinness Partnership is in talks to take over Shepherds Bush Housing Group (SBHG). Set up in 1966, SBHG now has more than 5,000 homes in west London where it operates.
In a statement, Guinness said that the values of the two organisations are very much aligned, with a strong social purpose at the core of both firms.
“Bringing SBHG into the Guinness family will strengthen our presence in London and deliver more opportunities for residents of both organisations.”
