As a Senior Technical Coordinator at Bugler Developments Ltd, I bring a wealth of experience in overseeing and coordinating technical aspects of construction projects. My role involves ensuring seamless integration of designs, managing technical queries, and maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations. 

I also completed the Futures Network cohort 24-25, which I found incredibly useful. The program provided invaluable insights into leadership of a team and strategic thinking, enhancing my ability to drive our research project success and foster collaboration among multidisciplinary teams. Looking forward, I am excited to be the chairperson for Futures Network 25/26, where I aim to further contribute to the development and growth of future leaders.

I am a Project Director at Silver DCC with ten years’ experience delivering housing and regeneration projects, overseeing schemes worth over £250m. Passionate about collaboration, mentoring, and sector-wide improvement, I am committed to driving innovation and leadership within the housing and construction industry.

SENIOR ENGINEER AND PROJECT MANAGER

LEAP ENVIRONMENTAL (RSK)

Hayley is a Senior Engineer and Chartered Geologist who has worked at LEAP Environmental (part of RSK Geoscience) for 8 years. She specialises in environmental consultancy, providing geoenvironmental risk assessments for human health, controlled waters and ground gases to support the discharge of contaminated land related planning conditions. In addition, Hayley supports house developers across the South East with sustainable soil reuse and implementing strategic Materials Management Plans (MMPs).

ARCHITECTURAL TECHNOLOGIST

Sofia is an Architectural Technologist and Mental Health First Aider at BM3 Architecture. For the past 3 years she has been working on delivering a complex residential scheme in East London comprising of 148 homes and 3200 sqm of commercial space. Originally from the US and Slovakia, and with a love of different cultures, she studied Architecture in Manchester and Urban Planning & Sustainability in Barcelona. Within her work, she emphasises on collaboration, communication and creative problem solving to produce better housing stock in the UK and creating buildings that become part of the larger community. Sofia is currently working towards CIAT certification to specialise in technical detailing and construction of buildings.

I am a structural engineer with 20 years of experience in designing and delivering safe, sustainable, and innovative buildings. With a strong focus on housing and community development, I look forward to contributing expertise and collaborating with fellow members of the Housing Forum Futures Network cohort.

ELEANOR CLOT

Eleanor is an Associate in Trowers & Hamlins’ Employment department, based in the firm’s London office. Eleanor collaborates across the firm’s UK offices on a range of employment matters including termination negotiations, investigations, GDPR, TUPW, redundancies, unfair dismissal and discrimination claims. Eleanor’s contentious work involves representing employers and employees in the Employment Tribunal and the Employment Appeal Tribunal. Prior to joining Trowers & Hamlins, Eleanor spent 7 years in the drone industry advising on drone regulation and is the lead co-author of “A Practical Guide to Drone Law”. Eleanor draws on her specialist drone background to support the firm’s aviation team.

JESSICA DAVIDSON

I am an experienced operational manager, worked in housing for 12 years and keen to expand my network. I believe in the importance of social housing and that everyone should have a warm, safe and dry home. Customer feedback and data analysis are crucial in improving services. I love strategic thinking, solving problems and embedding new processes. I have worked in care and support settings, sheltered housing, central services and more recently construction. I have a well-rounded view of the customer and their needs, with a keen focus on providing an excellent customer service. Looking forward to meeting like-minded people who are passionate about what they do. 

ANISHA DHILLON

LAND AND DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

I’m an Assistant Land and Development Manager at Helix, where I help shape new opportunities from the earliest stages of development. My role includes preparing and coordinating planning applications, working closely with consultant teams from concept stage through to submission. I also review new land opportunities and support wider development management activities, ensuring a strong pipeline of future projects. 

BARRY HERMAN

Barry has worked in the construction industry since leaving school at 16, some 40 years now. He is educated to MSc level in Construction Management and has full Membership status within the CIOB. Originally working as a management trainee for a main contractor he rose to the position of site agent/site manager, before transferring to the client side of the process and has worked for client organisations ever since, as a Project Manager, Project Leader or Programme Manager for a number of years now, in organisations such as Housing Associations, Local Authorities, NHS and Private Healthcare providers and even Parliament UK. Barry has recently joined Peabody’s as a PM working in the Planned Major Projects team and is very excited to have done so, as helping people to live in good quality homes and helping to solve any problems that may arise is very rewarding and enjoyable and an area where he is most happy.

I am a Commercial Asset Manager working for the The Guinness Partnership Housing Association.  I am based in our London office but manage a national portfolio of non-residential assets and corporate estates. I am passionate about the built environment, delivering sustainable placemaking that adds to the community, driven to deliver agreements that supports the organisations social objectives. I look forward to contributing and learning from the Forum Futures Network Cohort.

Andrew is a senior architect working for BPTW, Greenwich, London, UK. He studied at the University of Lincoln (BA hons), Northumbria University (MArch) and qualified at the Architectural Association of Architecture. He has worked on numerous private homes and large scale residential schemes across London and the South East in both large and small architectural practices. He is a team player, a good communicator and has experience across all RIBA stages of work. Being from the North-East, Andrew is passionate about social housing and the importance of providing good quality affordable homes for communities across the UK.

Stephen has been working in the construction industry as a Quantity Surveyor for just over a decade, with a background in residential, educational, commercial and listed buildings. Currently based in Potter Raper’s Cambridge office Stephen is involved in multiple residential and commercial projects which vary from small refurbishments to large re-developments. Stephen’s role is to provide cost and budget planning as well as financial reporting during a project. He is particularly keen to hear about new innovations within the industry and smarter ways in which clients can gain value for money. Stephen is also an RICS mentor and enjoys providing support to other surveyors looking to gain RICS membership.

I am a Development Manager based in London with a strong passion for driving growth, fostering innovation, and building meaningful partnerships. As a young professional who began the journey through studying  Architecture, I combine fresh perspectives with a results-oriented approach to deliver impactful solutions to the build industry. With experience in development management in and outside London since joining Lovell Partnerships as a graduate,  I have gained experience in cradle to grave projects strengthening stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, and general delivery of high quality homes. I thrive in collaborative environments, ensuring that diverse voices are heard and that projects are delivered to the highest standard. Beyond my professional work, I am a simple girl who is driven by constantly learning. My  goal is not only to excel in my career but also to inspire and create opportunities for others who aspire to follow similar paths.

Evette is the Business Development Manager at Kind & Co, supporting with growth across residential, care, education and mixed-use sectors. Combining commercial insight with a technical specialism in Passivhaus delivery, Modern Methods of Construction (MMC), and Off-site Manufacturing, she is a Certified Passive House Consultant and Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) Practitioner. Evette helps clients to deliver on Net Zero ambitions, to build homes at scale, and to tackle fuel poverty by focusing on a fabric-first design and quality-assured MMC solutions. She is passionate about accelerating housebuilding, improving build quality, and reducing energy demand. Hence, using her experience in stakeholder engagement and proposal development, she also uses her skillset to support her own Church and the wider Church community. This involves attending weekly services and supporting with the development of high-quality Church buildings for worship, housing for local people, and the construction of community spaces on underutilised Church land.

I am a Product Manager at NHBC, leading the development of new products and service enhancements that respond to the evolving needs of the housing sector. Having worked across marketing, procurement, and product management over the past 15 years in the UK, I bring a broad perspective to industry opportunities. With an MBA and a passion for learning, I enjoy exploring new ideas, challenging assumptions, and introducing best practice from other sectors to help strengthen what is already a dynamic and innovative industry. A people person at heart, I believe strong relationships, collaboration, and empathy are vital to progress. I care deeply about people, communities, the environment, and animals, and I am committed to shaping housing that supports wellbeing, sustainability, and inclusivity at every stage of life. 

JASMIN REEVE

ARCHITECT

PRP

Jasmin recently qualified as an architect, having pursued a master’s degree and a postgraduate diploma through an apprenticeship pathway. Her development has been shaped by a diverse range of housing projects, from traditional residential schemes to co-living, student accommodation, and master-planning projects. She is currently co-ordinating a major housing scheme, an experience that has sharpened her communication and project leadership skills and confirmed her motivation to continue growing in both strategic and collaborative directions. A key area of interest to her, is inclusive design. During her master’s degree, she explored gendered experiences of public space and the need for inclusive green infrastructure. This led to the formation of an internal working group at PRP, which is now planning a “Festival of Inclusive Design” featuring talks, workshops, and case studies. Jasmin considers housing not only as a design challenge, but as a social and political issue that touches many lives and beyond practice, she volunteers with Shelter, organising fundraising and awareness events around housing need. She hopes to use the future networks programme to collaborate with diverse individuals, learn from cross-sector peers, and play an active role in shaping the future of housing in the UK.

Bio: Lale is an Associate at Devonshires Solicitors in the Real Estate team and works with clients on a variety of development projects including large scale regenerations, acquisitions of land for the development new housing and the delivery of affordable housing. Lale leads the shared ownership staircasing and resales team, specialising in the sale of further shares and the assignment of shared ownership leases.

Anna is an Assistant Land Buyer at Vistry Group, working across the Manchester and Cheshire East region. She holds an MSc in Real Estate and joined Vistry in October 2022 as part of the graduate programme, where she spent 18 months rotating through key departments. This experience gave her a full view of the development lifecycle from land acquisition and planning through to construction and plot sales. Now embedded in the land team, Anna leads on a range of bids, including land-led schemes and contracted works. She is passionate about housing and thrives at the front end of the business, identifying and securing opportunities to create new communities where people feel safe, supported, and connected. Anna is currently working towards her RICS APC and is excited to join the Housing Future Foundation Network. She looks forward to developing her skills, expanding her professional network, and collaborating with peers across the industry to address the housing crisis and other pressing challenges facing the sector.

Eelinn Vanquaethem is a results-oriented Marketing & Content Manager at Insite Energy, where she combines storytelling with strategy to make technical topics more accessible for B2B audiences. With a background in journalism and a passion for sustainability, she adapts B2C techniques to the B2B space, helping clients navigate evolving Government regulations with clarity and confidence. Eelinn’s data-driven approach includes building comprehensive reports to analyse content effectiveness and marketing techniques. She enjoys collaborating across teams to ensure marketing efforts support wider business goals.

Emily is an associate in the Energy, Projects, Infrastructure and Construction Team at Foot Anstey, specialising predominantly in construction and energy disputes but also advising on energy and construction contracts in a non-contentious capacity. She has experience advising a diverse range of clients in various industries, including government, energy, aged care and property development. In particular, she has recently supported various housing associations and developers with the construction, refurbishment and energy efficiency upgrading / decarbonisation of homes across the United Kingdom.

Marcus is an architect specialising in the delivery of urban residential developments, with a particular focus on social and affordable housing provision. He has led projects ranging from low-rise terrace housing to complex apartment blocks, often within constrained urban environments, with a consistent aim of creating accessible, high-quality homes that meet community needs. Detail-oriented and solutions-driven, Marcus prioritises commercial value while ensuring the highest standards of design and technical quality. As a lead consultant, he works closely with housing associations, local authorities, and a wide range of sub-consultants to deliver schemes that balance cost efficiency, design integrity, and long-term sustainability. Passionate about addressing housing challenges, Marcus maintains a keen interest in innovative construction methods and industry best practice to support the continued improvement of affordable housing and to enhance processes, raise construction quality, and ultimately expand access to well-designed homes for all.
