The build-to-rent sector has been a growing part of the housing landscape in recent years, moving out beyond the student and young professional market into new areas, and including houses as well as flatted developments.
This round table discussion will bring people together from across the housing sector to explore the role of build-to-rent housing in mixed tenure housing developments. It will look at the impact on build-out rates, building for different sectors of the community and at the partnerships and investment needed to bring this about.
