This will introduce you to the Single Construction Regulator Prospectus which is currently open for public consultation. The Prospectus sets out the Government’s vision and proposals for reform of the construction sector including the creation of a single regulator.

- Clarifying roles, responsibilities and accountabilities for those who operate in the construction sector as we move to an integrated regulatory system and seek to drive culture change.
