We are delighted to invite you to our next very timely webinar, in partnership with long-standing Housing Forum members Trowers & Hamlins, entitled “People issues from the pandemic”

This event will be in format of a live Q&A webinar – on the very topical matter for all organisations in current and future decision-making for their workforce. We are anticipating a great deal of interest in this event, and recommend early registration and submitting questions, to avoid disappointment.

The webinar will be held on Wednesday 15 July from 10.30 to 11.15

The event will be co-chaired by Shelagh Grant, Chief Executive of The Housing Forum, and Emma Burrows, Partner from Trowers & Hamlins.

Emma is head of the Trowers & Hamlins’ Employment department which she founded and has specialised in employment law for over 30 years. She will be answering your questions on and around the following aspects:

  • Coming out of the pandemic – changes to staffing
  • Bringing people back to work and employees who aren’t happy with your plans
  • Moving to permanent changes in the workforce
  • Changes to terms and conditions
  • Redundancies
  • Permanent working from home
  • Furloughing, including flexible furlough
  • Supporting employees’ mental health.

After you have registered, you will be sent a confirmation email with your unique Zoom link to join the meeting. Please do check your junk mail box in case the emails do not appear in your inbox.

We look forward to welcoming you to the event.
