This event will be in format of a live Q&A webinar – on the very topical matter for all organisations in current and future decision-making for their workforce. The event will be co-chaired by Shelagh Grant, Chief Executive of The Housing Forum, and Emma Burrows, Partner from Trowers & Hamlins.
Emma is head of the Trowers & Hamlins’ Employment department which she founded and has specialised in employment law for over 30 years. She will be answering your questions on and around the following aspects:

- Bringing people back to work and employees who aren’t happy with your plans
- Moving to permanent changes in the workforce
- Changes to terms and conditions
