Join us for the final Housing Partnership Summit of the year, hosted in collaboration with BPTW, as we spotlight the Parkside Estate regeneration – an ambitious transformation led by Peabody and BPTW in Lewisham. This event will explore how long-term affordability, design quality, and community resilience can be achieved through collaborative, large-scale regeneration.
Spanning six phases, the scheme delivers over 1,200 homes with a balanced tenure mix of affordable rent, shared ownership, and private sale. This regeneration is a textbook example of high-density, mixed-tenure urban housing that balances architectural ambition with community needs.
The event will begin with a guided tour of the Parkside Estate, followed by a series of talks by key players involved in long-term partnering for regeneration projects across South East London, including Peabody, London Councils, BPTW, Royal Borough of Greenwich and London Borough of Lewisham.
The event will conclude with lunch, kindly provided by BPTW.
