The Development Partnership Forum will give an update on Planning, Procurement and Construction Playbook matters and will focus on major developments in the North and East, including the East Leeds Extension and MOBIE at Northumbria University. There will be polls and round table discussions. Speakers include Andy von Bradsky, Head of Architecture at MHCLG on “Introducing the National Model Design Code”, Rebecca Rees, Partner, Trowers & Hamlins on the Green Paper “Transforming Public Procurement” and Dr Paul Jones of Northumbria University with developments at MOBIE.
