This spring we will hear from Shahi Islam at Homes England and from Natalie Daniels, Assistant Director – Housing, GLA on the new Social and Affordable Homes Programme, which opens for bidding in February. Shahi will speak about Homes England’s new regional model. We will also hear from John Brooker at Red Loft about revenue to capital funding models, and how else social landlords can channel in funding to build new homes.
