“Building at Scale: The role of local authorities in facilitating large-scale development”
With new towns, urban extensions and ambitions higher housing targets, many areas are going to be looking at large-scale housing delivery in coming years. Councils can play a wide range of roles in bringing forward large-scale housing and this half-day online conference will explore how they can lead or support delivery. We will hear from those who have led large-scale regeneration and new housing projects including Heathlands Garden City in Maidstone, and Anglia Square in Norwich.
