Join us at our annual 2020 end of year event for our membership community.

Networking has largely changed to online and the heart of the morning will be online round table discussions. An interactive event, sharing views and obtaining member input on our 2021 programme of activities in support of our ongoing mission to influence, promote and demonstrate best practice, increasing supply and improving quality.

We expect 2021 to be a significant year of change, driven by legislation, Brexit, climate change and developments in working practice.

You’ll hear how in 2020 we replicated and improved our 2019 networking, mainly online, doubling average event attendance. How we have, like many of you, tried to become more agile and taken the opportunity to develop member services, on-line resources, networking. and welcomed some new members including 10% more councils.

Chair, Stephen Teagle will discuss the sector’s difficult journey in 2020 and look forward to a Covid free surge in recovery in 2021 and beyond; how we plan to build on relationships with key influencers and Government to ensure that policies in support of our sector are effective and deliverable.

Chief Executive, Shelagh Grant will highlight what we have learned from members through our events and the Member Status Survey and how that has helped us shape our outline agenda for 2021.

There’ll be on-line breakout rooms where members can discuss key issues and feedback, through room chairs, their views about the future and what more The Housing Forum can do to support members and the sector in 2021 and beyond.
