Durkan has appointed Stephen Trenwith as Group Land Director. He brings 30 years’ experience to the housebuilding and construction company, and will oversee the team of land and design experts, with a focus on growing Durkan Homes – the company’s housebuilding division.
Stephen will also play a key role in Durkan’s construction work with partners across the South East.
