The six-year project will include homes for affordable rent and shared ownership

Developer Countryside Partnerships has started work on a scheme which will see 620 homes built in the Warwickshire town of Kenilworth over the next six years.

Almost half the new development is made up of affordable homes. Once complete, the 248 two, three and four-bedroom houses will be made available for rent or shared ownership. A further 62 will be offered at market rents.

The remaining 310 properties – including two-bedroom apartments and two, three and four-bedroom homes – will be offered for private sale.
