The first homes in the regeneration scheme are due to be completed by summer 2025
Brent Council has selected fellow THF member Countryside Partnerships to build more than 200 new homes, 95 of which will be affordable homes for existing South Kilburn residents.
The consented scheme has been designed by THF member Pollard Thomas Edwards architects.
This is the second Countryside Partnerships project in South Kilburn and will sit alongside the developer’s North West Quarter development, together delivering 547 homes
Cllr Shama Tatler, Cabinet Member for Regeneration, Planning and Growth at Brent Council, said: “We’re now almost halfway through our 15-year regeneration programme for South Kilburn and can’t wait to get started on the next phase with Countryside Partnerships.”
