A new residential development is planned for the outskirts of Birmingham
THF member BM3 Architecture has announced that fellow member Birmingham City Council has granted planning permission for Boleyn Road, a new residential development on the outskirts of Birmingham.
This mixed tenure scheme of 70 new homes includes 12 apartments, five bungalows, and 53 houses. The application has been developed on behalf of Birmingham Municipal Housing Trust, the housebuilding arm of Birmingham City Council. Over half of the dwellings are for social rent.
