The National Conference is the premier event in our year and brings together senior and influential housing figures from all sections of the housing and construction industry.

Our 2024 conference ‘Delivering homes for the future’ seeks to address directly the enduring undersupply of new homes and tackling safety and sustainably in our many underperforming existing homes and their environment. WHAT’S COVERED?
With expert speakers and Q&A, the Conference aims to inform and inspire to take full advantage of the opportunities across housing.
The whole-day event will start with keynote address by Simon Rawlinson, Partner at Arcadis, with four streams throughout the day:

- Accelerating estate regeneration
- Decarbonisation and climate resilience
- Councils and housing delivery
Four interactive breakout sessions will run late morning and early evening The day includes an industry exhibition, numerous networking opportunities and culminates in an end of conference drinks reception to introduce the coming year’s cohort of The Housing Forum’s Futures Network – the next generation of leaders supporting the advancements in our sector.
