The Guinness Partnership ‘tops out’ at Beresford Avenue in North West London
Kevin Williams, Group Director of Development & Commercial Service of The Guinness Partnership, marked the important milestone in the project to bring 100 new homes to Wembley.
Due for completion in July 2024, the Beresford Avenue development consists of two blocks of one, two and three-bedroom apartments – 49 of which will be for affordable rent with the other 51 for shared ownership.
The homes are being delivered with the support of funding from the Mayor of London, under a GLA Strategic Partnership agreement.
Cllr Mili Patel, Deputy Leader of the London Borough of Brent, says: “We look forward to continuing to work with The Guinness Partnership to bring this project to completion next year.”
