Skills Summit 11: The Rationale for Stock Rationalisation- write up notes now available

This summit examined Southern Housing’s business approach to Stock Rationalisation, both acquisition and disposal. This was alongside their Specialist Consultants, Faithorn Farrell Timms who illustrated the importance of adopting a robust stock rationalisation strategy and the scale of opportunities. Winckworth Sherwood explained the legal framework within the whole process. The Summit took place on the 11th October 2012 at The Housing Forum's offices.
