    Housing associations must radically review their business operations, including the way they raise private finance, to ensure they continue to build sufficient affordable homes, says a report published today. At the Heart is Housing - Making Affordable Rent Happen, published by The Housing Forum, says the sector has reached a ‘tipping point’ where thousands of new homes are urgently needed and the process of finance, delivery, planning and regulation requires simplification.
