Launch of competition for Renewable Heat Premium Payment

As part of the RHPP Phase 2, the Department of Energy and Climate Change are launching the Social Landlords Competition in London on 28 May 2012.  Following the ministerial launch, DECC officials are arranging a series of seminars across Great Britain to help potential bidders through the application process.
