Jephson Homes Housing Association

Jephson Housing Association Group manages over 16,000 homes throughout the country and works in partnership with local authorities, organisations and residents to create safe, sustainable communities. We provide:

  • general family housing
  • low-cost home ownership
  • housing for older people
  • housing for tenants with support needs

Jephson Homes Housing Association is the parent organisation in the Group, which also includes:

  • Jephson Housing Association, an exempt charity, established in 1969 and is a subsidiary of Jephson Homes Housing Association.
  • Marches Housing Association, also an exempt charity, was formed following the transfer of housing stock from Leominster District Council in 1994, and joined the Jephson Group as a subsidiary in May 1996.

The Jephson Housing Association Group has a strong presence throughout the country. As well as a corporate headquarters in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire, the Group has local offices in the North, the East, the Midlands and the South & West. Marches Housing Association has a local office in Leominster Herefordshire. Each office delivers housing services and a proactive programme of affordable housing development.

Why we joined the Housing Forum

The Forum gives us access to current thinking within the housing development 'industry', as well as providing an influential platform for the dissemination of knowledge and views from within housing to a wider audience.
