Faithorn Farrell Timms has managed and administered an extensive portfolio of projects in recent years, including property maintenance, improvements, alterations, refurbishment and new build developments of almost every building type and end use.

We are able to undertake all aspects of design and contract administration, from preparing drawings, writing specifications, overseeing the tendering process, site supervision and cost control, through to agreement of contractors’ final accounts.

In addition, many of our commissions require the full range of Project Management duties, including construction monitoring and fulfillment of the Employer’s Agent role.

We also have extensive experience of commissioning and monitoring building works in occupied properties, and of liaising with occupiers to ensure minimal disturbance on-site.

With dedicated Partner control on each project, and continuous training and development of our staff, our objective is not only to satisfy each brief but to maintain a positive working relationship with our clients.
