Delivering better service means that we will:

  • Ensure we have disciplined innovation that really delivers great value for money and customer-focused services.
  • Actively engage and support customers and stakeholders so that they can influence the way we work and the services we deliver.
  • Build strong and enduring relationships with our stakeholders that enhance our reputation as an effective, reliable and responsive partner and, critically, enable us to deliver our ambitious plans.
  • Demonstrate strong accountability in the way we do business.
  • Our growth ambitions mean that we will:

  • Invest in buildings, homes and communities where people want to live, stay and make their homes.
  • Sustain and enhance the social and economic value of our properties, which, in turn, enhances further opportunities to support planned growth and investment in homes, neighbourhoods and communities.
  • Remain financially strong, operationally efficient, effective and commercially focused in all that we do.
  • Actively seek out effective new ways of working that realise our ambitions and improve outcomes for the business and customers alike.
  • A dynamic organisation means that we will:

  • Transform the business to ensure we have the capacity, capability and confidence to be flexible and relevant in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Create a high-performance culture across the business that ensures we constantly strive to improve deliver our business objectives.
  • Invest in systems that enable our people to be innovative, effective and adaptable so that we can continue to meet our changing business and customer needs.
  • Why we joined the Housing Forum

bpha joined The Housing Forum to work with fellow housing leaders and supply chain stakeholders from development and construction. We value access to timely intelligence to maintain our position in leading innovation and good practice. The Forum supports and mirrors our lobbying stances presenting views and cross sector issues to government on barriers to tackling the housing crisis.
We look to The Housing Forum to work with us to identify solutions to housing- both new and existing and influence the Government, Homes and Communities Agency and the wider industry.
