We welcome opportunities where we can assist our Clients’ in respect of new build, retrofit, refurbishment and regeneration across a wide range of tenures including affordable, market & intermediate rent and outright private sale/cross subsidy. We can also offer experience in mixed uses including Health Care, Education, Commercial and Retail.

Our knowledge and experience of the sector finds us assisting many of our RP Clients’ with matters such as standard Contract documents, design briefs and assistance with Contractor/Architect Framework Management and Procurement.

Established initially to provide a comprehensive service within the affordable and social housing sector, the Practice enjoys its position as a specialist in this field. We are proud to work with a client base of over 40 RP’s and Local Authorities, and through our extended services we have nurtured relationships with Developers and House Builders, several of whom are now also clients.

Operating throughout London and Southern England, part of our core business is to manage the technical, legal and environmental aspects of our clients' projects from inception to completion, achieving value for money and ensuring our projects are on time and on budget.
