    The St. Nicholas Court Project was initiated by York Housing Association in 1999, with funding from the Housing Corporation. The central objective of the project is to build a group of sustainable dwellings on a brownfield site in the City of York.

  • The Cotswold Housing Partnership

    A partnership of the local authority, four housing associations, the main contractor and consultants. The dwellings are timber frame, built on flexible footprints, with external finish designed to meet the 'stone' appearance for the area.

    This project was part of the Construction Legacy - Housing programme which sought to map approaches to the delivery of training and apprenticeships in the housing and regeneration sectors. The Housing Forum programme worked with 36 active Demonstration Projects in England and Wales. Up until March 2010, The Construction Legacy - Housing programme operated as a partnership between The Housing Forum and ConstructionSkills.
