The projects in this theme area will look at how the way an organisation operates can be improved in a number of ways, by reviewing the processes that are in place, and identifying ways of improving them that are manageable to you. As the industry changes and embraces more lean ways of working, the processes you have in operation must be flexible to incorporate these shifts.

Construction Legacy - Housing
The Construction Legacy - Housing programme, (initially known as Sustainable Training for Sustainable Communities), was launched in late 2003. It worked with 36 Demonstration Projects across the UK.

Construction Legacy - London
Construction Legacy - London is the second of two parallel programmes. Launched in April 2007, as part of a three year rolling programme with a remit to recruit at least 15 Demonstration Projects from the 5 Olympic Boroughs of Greenwich, Hackney, Newham, Tower Hamlets and Waltham Forest.

Design and Customer Satisfaction
Projects in this theme area will demonstrate ways in which design can be carried out to ensure high levels of customer or end-user satisfaction. This may include designing for security, providing open space and end user involvement in the design process.
