Arlington House

Arlington House is a hostel for homeless people and has been completely refurbished to provide 3000m2 social enterprise and training space, together with 35 flats for intermediate rent and 95 high quality units for homeless people. The vision for Arlington House is to become a world class housing and enterprise centre for the 21st Century, transforming the UK’s approach to homelessness, housing need and employment for people who have difficulty in accessing jobs.

Eco Terrace

The project seeks to explore innovation in existing housing refurb and the results should be seen by both the industry and the wider public. We are being transparent with both process and results, with a two year monitoring program to assess the performance.

This project was part of the Construction Legacy - London programme which sought to map approaches to the delivery of training and apprenticeships in the housing and regeneration sectors. The Housing Forum programme worked with 11 active Demonstration Projects from within the five Olympic boroughs.
