This Project is drilling down into the practicalities of delivering low carbon retrofit to social housing stock, looking at the obstacles and identifying solutions.  The Project will investigate how to identify the most suitable package of works for Affinity Sutton’s stock and how these can be delivered.  It will look at how to engage with residents on the issues of retrofit and energy efficiency and what financial models might allow them to deliver low carbon improvements to their wider stock in the coming years.  Their aim is to develop their knowledge and experience of suc
