This project's primary aim is to install UPVC double glazed windows, timber front doors and gas wall hung boilers to over 25,800 properties over an 8 year period. The contract is in effect split between the double glazing works and boiler replacements.

Grove Village is a groundbreaking housing regeneration project that is transforming a previously under-invested inner city council estate in Ardwick, Manchester, into a modern, mixed-tenure urban village with an exciting future. The project was the first Government-backed Private Finance Initiative (PFI) scheme for social housing to reach contractual close - a landmark achieved in March 2003.
