Kerry Kyriacou

Group Director of New Business and Development, Affinity Sutton

Kerry Kyriacou brings with him extensive experience in both commercial and residential development. As Group Director of New Business and Development he has grown Affinity Sutton into one of the country's top ten developing registered social landlords, with Inside Housing citing the Group as "the biggest development player in the housing association world" (June 2008). Under Kerry's directorship, Affinity Sutton completed 1,200 new homes in the last year of which included a healthy sales programme despite the difficult market conditions. Affinity Sutton also has nearly 4,000 new homes approved. As one of the Homes and Communities Agency's development partners, we increased our grant funding and exceeded our completion targets for projects funded under the National Affordable Housing Partnership programme. Kerry's background as qualified architect and member of the Royal Institute of British Architects has influenced Affinity Sutton's strong commitment to creating well designed homes and communities. This commitment has contributed to the creation of an Affinity Sutton Framework for Architectural as well as Employers Agent Services. His development career began in industry working for Smiths Group, a large multi-national group and then went on to architecture practice. Prior to joining Affinity Sutton, Kerry was at Hyde Housing Association as Assistant Director for their London region. Kerry is married with three children. Hobbies include music, travel, cycling and football - watching not playing.
